The Waterfall Villa has a large, gourmet kitchen on the ground floor, connected to the living room and pool areas, perfect for entertaining.

The top (third) floor is open air, with a pool table, a food prep area, and a pool table in addition to the jacuzzi. This is the place to be for sunsets.

Rental Rate Notes: Nightly and Weekly rates are based on an occupancy of 6 guests (3 bed rooms). There are accommodations for extra persons (extra beds availabile upon request).
50% of rental fee and security deposit are due when the reservation is made or 90 days prior to reservation date (whichever is less). Balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Refunds: All reservations canceled are subject to a cancellation charge of $100. For reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refund will be made if the home is not rented for the reserved period. If the home is re-rented, all monies will be refunded less the $100 cancellation charge. No refunds will be made for early departures or if number in party decreases.

The house’s architecture and interior decor are a combination of styles. The owners themselves designed most of the furniture during a trip to Bali, Indonesia during the construction process, using teak wood from recycled houses. The house has many sculptures and antiques from Bali as well, and the roof pays tribute to that culture. Yet, the house has a distinctively Mediterranean feel as well, with its polished concrete and stucco walls and floors, it keeps cool and is easy to clean and maintain.

The swimming pool is the most spectacular in the Nicoya Peninsula, perched right on the point high above everything. It consists of two circles, with a small Jacuzzi-style pool dropping pouring in a larger one with an extensive infinity edge.

Jaw-dropping views can be had from nearly every part of the home and property. From here one can see whales on a good day, and the lights along the mainland during the night. Tropical thunderstorms in the green season put on a great show many evenings and are incredible to watch from this mountaintop.

The White House is a large 3 1/2 Bedroom, 2 Bath beach front estate home. The White House can accommodate comfortably 6-8 people. Should you have a larger party, you may rent out an additional Villa with the White House or the entire property. The White House has full maid service, and 24 hour security.

The White House provides luxury hotel style concierge service. When you arrive to the White House, our manager, will be available to help you with any requests or reservations, be it for restaurants, fishing trips, surf lessons, horse riding, canopy tours, or visits to the magnificent eco-tourist destination, Cabo Blanco nature reserve, less than 45 minutes from The White House.

The heart of the house is a decent sized living and dining area with open kitchen, large windows to both sides and a 3-story high ceiling with light coming in from the center – a spectacular setting to experience the warm tropical climate – and to let the moon light in! The house stays very cool inside due to the natural ventilation given by its height and the openings; in rainy season large glass windows will protect you from the outside weather. There is a brand new swimming pool onsite.

Other amenities are laundry, full bath on the first floor (also for disabled persons), storage/pantry located on the first floor, parking area.

Santa Teresa is known for its consistent surf, pristine white sand beaches and relaxed atmosphere. Casa Iguana is part of a four house residential complex set on a four acre lot with 100meters of beachfront. By road, we are located approximately one mile ( 1.2 km) north of the center of town, or on the beach, pretty much right in the middle.

The Iguana house is located less than 100 yards/meters from the beach, and has a walking access putting it a few minutes away. This cute and comfortable @ 800 square foot ( 70m2) two bedroom one bath house is surrounded by tropical hardwood trees and exotic local fauna. The kitchen is well equipped with a 16 cubic foot refrigerator, four burner gas stove and oven, dining room set for four, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee maker and more. The adjoining living room area has matching hardwood furniture set and is tastefully decorated Costa Rican style.

The bedrooms are both the same size. One has a queen bed and the other one has two singles. Both bedrooms have ample closet space and A/C, and of course there is hot water.

An outdoor back terrace provides an area to hang wet bathing suits and a locked storage area for your surf boards or other gear.

Maid service, gardener, a safe and ADT alarm system are provided for your comfort and peace of mind. On site same day laundry service is also available for a nominal fee.

The kitchen is equipped for cooking; it has a refrigerator with ice maker, a 4 burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker, blender and all the necessary utensils. The living room is a very nice place to relax. You can read a book or watch TV in the oversize sofas. The house has A/C and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and kitchen/living room area. The terrace is the best spot in the house. It’s surrounded by beautiful mature tropical gardens, on its own private ½ acre lot with colorful flowers, cactus, almond trees, palms and a grass lawn. There’s a small pool for you to refresh, an outdoor shower for rinsing off the beach sand, and an outdoor gas grill as well.

Casa Pelicano is 1.2 km from the town center and right in the middle of Santa Teresa beach. The white sand beach is a 150 yard or quick 2 minute walk from the terrace. You’ll see beautiful sunsets right in front of the property, especially in the summer (Nov.-may). The surf in this area of Costa Rica is amazing. The water temperature is 80+ degrees all year round. Low tide is the perfect time to walk on the beach or to jog, or simply take a grass matt to the beach and get a suntan. Santa Teresa is the perfect place to relax and get away from it all.

The house is part of a private gated community of four houses on a beachfront lot of 1.6 hectares (4 acres) in a residential neighborhood. It’s private and secure. In addition, Casa Pelicano has an ADT alarm system and a safe. Within less than a 10 minute drive you’ll find several hotels,restaurants and supermarkets.
