Listen for the monkeys in the near distance and watch the parrots from the hanging balcony beds as they return to their nests each afternoon. Or simply relax in the hammocks and take in the tranquility of the ocean’s song.

Nestled in a tropical paradise, this home offers all the amenities you expect with the privacy, convenience and luxury you want.This home features 2 master bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 additional half baths. It can sleep up to 8 (6 in beds plus a convertible sofa). This three-story floor plan is spacious 2,800 sq ft. with air conditioning on the 1st and 2nd floors and the 3rd being entirely open covered balcony equipped with ceiling fans.

There is an amazing salt water pool, which means that there are no chemicals except for rock salt.

The house is about 150 meters from the ocean and the beach there is absolutely beautiful. You can definitely see some beautiful sunsets.

The house comes with phone, WiFi, a safe installed, a cable television downstairs and a dvd player with a small selection of movies and a stereo with extra speakers to hook up ipods so one can bring their own music.

The house is totally equipped for cooking indoors or for outdoor barbecues.

All linens and a fully equipped kitchen are provided. Maid service is available. The house sits on 2 fenced acres with a gated entry. This home is an absolute value and costs much less than staying at area hotels.
