This new three story luxury villa on a mountaintop in Malpais is now for rent. It gets its name from the waterfall that pours from the third pool jacuzzi into the ground floor pool below.

The house is very private, with no other houses nearby. The views in every direction, even from the bathrooms, are truly epic, and virtually impossible to catch on film for photos. Every detail of this house has been well planned, and it’s decor is excellent as well. You will discover many amazing spots within this house, such as the unexpected fourth floor bathroom with a view to die for.

The Waterfall Villa has a large, gourmet kitchen on the ground floor, connected to the living room and pool areas, perfect for entertaining.

The top (third) floor is open air, with a pool table, a food prep area, and a pool table in addition to the jacuzzi. This is the place to be for sunsets.
