A Luxurious Beach Estate, overlooking Perfect Surf.

This amazing, newly renovated house is the “coolest” house in Santa Teresa. Oozing elegance and chic – it is at the same time very relaxed, comfortable and extremely beautiful.

Whether you are having a massage on one of our beach ranchos, relaxing by the pool with an ice-cold drink, snoozing in one of our many hammocks or simply “being”, you are in paradise.

Casa Capitan is perfect for Weddings or just a holiday made in heaven.

We are right on the beach in front the best Surf on the Northern, most exclusive part of Santa Teresa beach. Our exquisite sunsets are famous.

Situated on 2,5 hectares of land (about 6 acres) this very charming estate has 120 metres of beachfront and is near FlorBlanca, Latitude 10 and Milarepa, featured in Vogue’s Most Exclusive Hotels.

It is the largest beach house in Malpais County, measuring approx. 600 sq.m. (6,000 sq.ft.) whilst still maintaining an intimate coziness. Living room measures 240sq.m.(approx. 2,400 sq.ft.)

For weddings, Casa Capitan and Casa Java can offer a total of 11 bedrooms.

   Yes, Casa Capitan can seat the largest number of people under roof, of any place in the area… I think it holds up to 100 and is frequently booked for weddings. Many wedding groups rent it for a week and their closest family and friends stay there together.
