Casa Pelicano was built in early 2006. The house is 2400 sq ft, and has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, an ample kitchen and living room area, covered parking, and a very comfortable terrace. The house is furnished with typical handmade Costa Rican wicker furniture. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, closet with a safe and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, closet space and a bathroom next door.

The kitchen is equipped for cooking; it has a refrigerator with ice maker, a 4 burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker, blender and all the necessary utensils. The living room is a very nice place to relax. You can read a book or watch TV in the oversize sofas. The house has A/C and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and kitchen/living room area.
