Detailed Description of the Rental House:

Upon passing through Sandy Lane’s front gates, you’ll enter into your own 3 acre tropical sanctuary. The Estate’s accommodations, amenities and lush surroundings are the most luxurious in the area.

What truly sets the Estate apart, is its location directly in front of one of the finest white sand beaches in all of Costa Rica. And for those who surf, Santa Teresa’s best peak, “Las Palmas,” is literally at your doorstep.

The Estate home was designed to be open, light filled and Beach House comfortable. The modern architecture frames breathtaking ocean views and the lush gardens surrounding the entire Estate.

Sandy Lane’s beachfront infinity edge pool and guest house/ cabana offer the ultimate in indoor/outdoor resort style living.

The chef’s kitchen is fully appointed with stainless appliances and the bathrooms feature Hansgrohe fixtures and ceiling-mounted rain showers.

Most importantly, all bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioning. As an alternative, ceiling fans are conveniently located throughout the house.

Sandy Lane is located within walking distance of the luxurious Flor Blanca resort and the village’s numerous restaurants and shops.

We’re pleased to offer our guests “Luxury Hotel” style concierge services. Sandy Lane’s manager is available daily to set up all activities & adventures. This service is complimentary.

The Estate is staffed with a full-time groundskeeper. Daily house cleaning is warmly provided. A private gourmet chef is available upon request and on-site childcare is easily arranged.

Sandy Lane’s private air charter service is available to all our guests. Our pilot will meet and greet travelers virtually anywhere in the country.
