Detailed Description of the House:

Casa Encantada has reached new heights and set new standards for Mal Pais with this 700 square meter (over 2000 square feet) Luxury Beachfront Villa! Enjoy your deluxe, tropical vacation in this stunning residential edifice, which has recently been completed and fully furnished for the most discriminating bon vivant. Not only is the construction a marvel, but the house is virtually resting in the sand on the pristine beach.

There are three expansive suites, each with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. Two suites have Jacuzzis, and the third suite has two queen beds. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. There are several large sofas where children could sleep. The house will spaciously accommodate up to eight people.

Casa Encantada is tastefully decorated with custom built furniture, antiques and local art. Outside is an expansive swimming pool with a fountain / waterfall overflowing from a higher hot tub / Jacuzzi. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with mature plants, indigenous flowers and ferns.
