The 55.000 sq. meter mountain property almost borders the Cabo Blanco National Park located at the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula. It is a 10 min drive from the property to the beach of Mal Pais and Santa Teresa. The premises consist of one two story main house and a guest house beside the swimming pool. The villa is luxuriously furnished providing an ecclectic array of modern as well as ethnic and antique furniture to provide sumptuous living spaces. Bermuda grass, flowers and exotic fruit trees cover the 1000 sq. meter platform. From all angles you enjoy sweeping views of the beaches and most astounding sunsets. Ample grass garden areas with amazing ocean views, tropical plants, birds and lots of monkeys. The 11 x 5 meter infinity pool with an ample beach entry is built between the main house and the guest house. The guest house is fronted by a large lounge with comfortable sitting areas and an open air kitchen. On the edge of the lounge area is the hot water Jacuzzi which affords breathtaking views down to the jungle and beaches. The guest house has a bed room with a queen size bed, and another bed room with a single bed. Downstairs it offers a bath room with hot water and a fitness room. In the main building the first floor offers a guest room with a queen size bed, a laundry room, and a full bathroom. The large, airy living room has floor to ceiling windows opening to the pool area and giving view to the ocean. The generously outfitted kitchen with dining area adjoins the living room. The second floor houses the master bed room with queen size bed, another sleeping room, and the main bath room with large bath tub. A covered porch runs the length of the floor and provides plush sitting areas with magnificient ocean views.
