It features six bedrooms, each with built-in closets and private bath. 4 of the bedrooms are located in a separate 2-story tract, of which all rooms have an ocean view and a terrace or veranda, two of the bedrooms with artsy bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor in the main building. The heart of the house is a decent sized living and dining area with open kitchen, large windows to both sides and a 3-story high ceiling with light coming in from the center – a spectacular setting to experience the warm tropical climate – and to let the moon light in! The house stays very cool inside due to the natural ventilation given by its height and the openings; in rainy season large glass windows will protect you from the outside weather. There is a brand new swimming pool onsite. Other amenities are laundry, full bath on the first floor (also for disabled persons), storage/pantry located on the first floor, parking area.
