Wedding Planning

There are several people who can act as a wedding planner for the Malpais, Santa Teresa, and Montezuma areas.   If you’re interested in hiring someone, then contact us.   Please tell us in the initial email as much as you can about what you’d like to plan.  Do you see a beach ceremony or in a hotel?  Do you need a villa or rental a hotel for a large group to stay together for a few days?  Do you want a special honeymoon rental for the lucky couple?  Food, and entertainment ideas?   The more you tell us, the more we can help.  Thanks.

   Hi – Im looking to hire an acoustic (marimba or mariachi band) for a party in Mal Pais, Nov 27 2010. Any ideas? We’d need them for 2 hours – and they must be acoustic (no microphones or pug ins…)

   Sorry I don’t actually know of any, although I’ve heard there’s a mariachi band in Cobano. If anyone reads this and knows, please email me and I’ll add them in the community section.

   Yes, there are several people in the area who can do this, and bigger organizations specializing in wedding planning throughout Costa Rica. Contact us for details, and be sure to tell us as much as possible about what you’d like to plan for your wedding. Does it include renting a large villa or booking many rooms in a hotel for all your guests? Do you have a budget in mind, etc…
