Villa Paraiso
Call it crème de la crème or the best of its kind in terms of luxury and class on this side of the Pacific, Villa Paraiso is indeed a home in paradise set amidst the refreshing tropical gardens where howler monkey roam at day time and fireflies glow in the evening. Right outside the villa’s gates are miles and miles of white sand beaches and a surfer’s haven, rated no.5 among the world’s most consistent waves. Villa Paraiso is everything you want an ocean front vacation house to be. This luxury residence which was just completed in 2009 has 5 bedrooms, 5 baths and two kitchens all beautiful designed to give its occupants an unforgettable stay.
Owned by a builder from Newport Beach, Ca. attention to details and style is evident all throughout the villa. You will not feel at all cramped in this 5000 sq. ft. villa which has five very spacious bedrooms, with high ceilings, Andersen doors and8 ft. windows that give a good view of the beautiful ocean. For a tropical ambiance two of the master suites have bamboo flooring. Each room has a private bath with floors made of natural stone, counter and showers all custom designed for a tropical feel. Rooms can be locked off for smaller groups. Both gourmet kitchens have neat stainless sinks and granite counters, and basic kitchen appliances. The kitchen nook can sit 6 while 4 can sit on the counter bar stools. The villa has a very spacious24 x 24 living room with Travertine flooring which joins the dining area with a table for 10.
The villa’s whole front has glass sliders that give a full view of the ocean. Guests can enjoy the outdoors while lounging on custom made teak furniture in the Villa’s huge roofed patio with bamboo ceiling or taking a dip and in the Villa’s large pool. Doors on different sides of the house could be opened to let the warmth of the sunshine and the refreshing ocean breeze in but it you find it a bit too warm all doors can be closed and the air conditioners turned on.
The villa is equipped with a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room and an indoor rack to safe keep surf-boards. The villa also has a new spin bike. To assist guests during their stay the villa is serviced by a manager/concierge, housekeeper, and gardener/caretaker. A security company also exclusively services the villa from 6 pm to 6 am. If you want a private yoga instructor, a masseuse, or gourmet chef over at the villa during your stay special arrangements can be made to have them over. Villa Paraiso is located in the famed north end of Santa Teresa, just a short walk away to markets and restaurants and the very famous Florblanca Resort. The Villa takes reservations from 2 to 14 guests.
