Casa Iguana

Case Iguana is located in the town of Santa Teresa, southern part of the Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula.  Santa Teresa is on Costa Rica’s Pacific coast which is famous for its white sand, consistent surf and laid back atmosphere. 

This rental villa is approximately 1 mile north of the town proper and is one of four houses in a residential complex on a 4 acre property with a 100 meter beachfront.   The house is a short walk 100 meter walk to the beach. This 800 sq ft house is surrounded by exotic fauna and  hardwood tropical trees and has two bedrooms of equal size and one bath. 

In one of the bedrooms is a queen sized bed while the other room has two single beds.  Both bedroom are air conditioned and with closets.  Hot water runs in the bath tap. Casa Iguana’s living room is furnished with hardwood furniture and decorated in tasteful Costa Rican style. 

Adjoining the living room is the Casa’s kitchen which is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances like a 16 foot refrigerator, a 4 gas burner  and oven, toaster, microwave to name just a few.  The dining room is set for four. The house has a back terrace where guests can hang wet swim wear and a secure storage  for surf boards and other gear.

Maid and gardener service is provided, as well as a safe and ADT alarm systems to make your stay comfortable and safe. Same day on site laundry service can also be requested for a minimal fee.

Only non-smokers are allowed to stay at Casa Iguana.
